Business, Empowerment, Sustainable Transition (BEST) is a socially responsible association established in Serbia, with its field of operation in Serbia and Western Balkans based on – knowledge, experience, entrepreneurship, civil initiative, innovation, and tailor-made services for humanitarian aid. 

Our aims lie in incentivizing economic growth and development, environmental sustainability, and strengthening social inclusion and cohesion, including the empowerment of the most vulnerable and marginalized groups of people. The emphasis is on young people, ex-convicts, vulnerable groups of people, and similar groups that need attention or assistance.
